Re: Retail business for Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa EXTENSION

In my opinion, retail business is below NQF level 4 and hence not a qualified business for your extension purposes. It's the core service of the business which is considered not your job title in the business.

Re: FAST track with two limited companies

Hi You just need to create 10 full time jobs. Jobs in two companies is absolutely fine. However, you should only be careful if you switched from PSW then the services of both companies should be above NQF level 4. If you got your visa based on £200,000 then the nature of business of your 2 companies...

Re: Tier 1 Enterprenaur visa

Hi

What you heard is correct. Students can only switch if you get funding from specified sources as mentioned in your post.

If you want to use your own funds; you'll have to go back to your home country and you'll need £200,000.

Re: ILR application, English Language test and £18600 salary

You'll need to satisfy £18,600 requirement.
If ACCA is in the list of UKBA then you don't need to pass any more exam.
Please also note that from 6 April 2014 when you switch to 10 years category, then your wife's 5 year probation time will start from the date of her FLR(M) visa.

Re: plagiarism

This should not be an issue. When you write up a university dissertation; they inform you of the plagiarism rules in advance and you have to write up your dissertation in accordance with those rules. UKBA does not have any pre-informed rules relating to plagiarism in writing up a business plan. Lega...

We can only punish ukba by withdrawing applications. All Let's come together and withdraw our applications. This will be a big slap on their face.

October and November Applicants!

I guess all the October and November applicants should come forward and do a hunger strike till their application is decided or everybody should withdraw their applications. That will be a good lesson for the UKBA.
