Hi,

I am currently in PSW visa and attempting to switch to Tier 2. My employer has issued a CoS which is dated 13th March and the use-by date is 14th June. It contains the old scheme of SOC code. I am beginning to wonder if it will be a problem if I apply with the same CoS. Can anyone help?
