Reuse the same allocation after 1 use for different emploee

I have one question,
I have COS for tier 2 general and successfully used and got my visa my allocation is expired. If my boss want to sponsor another employee can he use the renew of the COS same that i used for new employee.
or he has to go for new restricted cos new one.
