Hi, I've received Permanemt Residence Card after 5 months waiting with EEA4. I've thought 'Document Renewal Date' stampted on it means only renewal (like passport renewal) because PRC doesn't have date of expire as kashyme's thoughtful reply. But South Korean Embassy interprets PRC is not for PERMAN...
