Hi everyone my husband submitted his biometrics on Monday 18th for his ILR application. We paid for the super priority service. It is now Thursday and we still have not heard anything back yet. Could someone please advise what the next step is? Who do we contact etc

My husbands FLR M visa expires on 6 November. I’ve submitted his ILR today and paid for the 24 hour super priority service. But the next available appointment at a enhanced centre is 3 weeks away. Is this ok? As my husbands visa will have expired by then?
