Re: retain right of residence difficulty getting documents

Sorry to hear about what has happened in your case, it is indeed very unfortunate. Court matters aside, for you to further your residency in UK going forward, it is MUST that the EEA spouse is qualified person while the divorce is finalized. getting things like ID can be contested with UKVI however ...

I have traveled numerous times without my wife and obviously when you return to UK you will have to answer questions like why are you alone, where does she work, where do you live, - ALL VERY BASIC STUFF NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT. go and enjoy your holidays in pakistan

Re: Retained rights please urgent help needed

Additional to above make sure your spouse is qualified person through the divorce process until the absolute decree is issued and the eea spouse is in UK. you as non eea must be working as if you are an eea national from the date divorce is finalized until the day it is the 5th anniversary of your m...

Re: retained right of residence

my first thought after reading your post is that if your eea spouse was a qualified person for a period of continous 5 years from the date you got married you should be applying for permanent residency not ROR. foR THAT you will need to prove her work or any other form of qualification including her...

Re: PR to Naturalisation after divorce from EEA spouse

CROO1 Apologies for jumping into this thread. the way i read your answer to question 2 is that, should somebody be married to an EEA nationall for 5 years and hold a R, On the 5 anniversary of their marriage they become eligible/ attain the PR status. The year long clock starts from the 5th annivers...

Re: ROR after divorce refused

HO must have issued a registration certifcate to the EEA national when you applied for your EEA2. do you have that BLUE BOOKLET with your eea spouse residence card in it ? if yes that can also be used if no ID or passport is available. i have only read this on UKVI website i dont have personal exper...

Re: Help with retained rights of residence

if she has been earning enough money whichever way working or self employed which is in line with the minimum threshold set by the govt for continuous five years then you are fine. if there are any gaps which she had JSA for as long as those are not more than 6 months in a year you should be fine. Re: Non-EEA spouse PR application with EEA husband with PR

keep it nice and simple

Evidence of residence and family for five years
Evidence of EEA with PR

A cover letter nice and brief to make it crystal clear why and how you did not attach EEA work history and how have you come to attain PR on the basis of that.

Re: Help with retained rights of residence

If your wife has not been qualified as per the applicable rules and regulations for continous five years then no point in applying for PR. In my humble opinion if the relationship has permanently broken down and your wife is still qualified, shoot for divorce which will lead to ROR. make sure you ob...

Re: Who needs CSI ?

Dowlad,

Your wife who is a non eea national does not need to work, does not need to have CSI, does not have to be qualified if you as an eea national as her husband is qualified and she can attain PR with you as long as you can prove your qualified period for straight five years.

Thanks

Moderators could correct if i am wrong, for her to get ROR she would have to had resided at the same address with you in Uk which is not the case here.
