Awaiting ILR decision for nearly 2 YEARS now - anyone like me?

Hello Guys, It's been 22 months since I applied for ILR SET(O) under the Tier1 General route and had an interview with UKVI during Apr 2017 but still haven't received a decision on my case. My case isn't complex in the first place but even then 22 months is far tooo long to be stuck without passport...

Re: Dismissed from job after positive Employer Checking Serv

Dismissed from job after positive Employer Checking Service

Hi Guys, I wonder if you guys can help... So, I've been terminated from my current job which I joined just 2 weeks ago on the grounds that they think there is a risk that I might not get my ILR. Re: ILR Interview Call After Postal Application - Please Hel

Hi Fahad01, Although we have a solicitor for our case, we didn't take him with us because ours is a fairly straightforward case and even our solicitor felt his presence won't be of any particular help. I think seniors or others can advice you better. Ours was a Skype interview too with someone who w...

Re: 30 days short of 5 yrs - ilr eligibility

Just an update on my case. I didn't want to risk my gap of few days. So, I applied for extension first and then varied my application to ILR. Got back extension application fee but yet to get NHS surcharge back. Been six months and have just received interview request which is a separate problem on ...
