Do I have to submit any supporting documents for cohabitation and subsisting marriage since my previous visa grant?
No.
Or would the minimum list of documents ie passports, English test, LIUK test (as been advised on this forum) will suffice?
Yes.

ILR (LR)

Evening all! I've almost completed my 10 year long legal residence (although my actual residence is closer to 25 years πŸ˜”). I'm going to apply for ILR based on long residence, although my latest leave to remain was granted as a wife of British citizen (my previous 3 grants were for a parent of Britis...

Re: 'undeclared' relationship on FLRO(P)-deception?

You can be together with someone and not term it a relationship or committed relationship. That's why you sometimes hear that a relationship is not official or it is I E. Do not fret yourself on what's is not Yes this makes sense of course! I just wanted to ger second opinion and a bit of reassuran...

I'm in a similar boat- we got married in September but haven't got much proof of cohabitation just yet and due to apply for spouse visa in April also in UK already.
Hopefully you will get some answers on here!

'undeclared' relationship on FLRO(P)-deception?

Afternoon all! I'm currently in a bit of a conundrum here. I was previously granted as a mother of British child and when I done my last extension in 2019 I explicitly stated that I am single and do not have a partner. I had to do that because I'm aware that if you declare your relationship, ...

Lol it’s not luck! The accountant told him they the HRMC portal no longer provides SA302 except tax overview and tax calculation. He also has a friend who submitted the same and was also approved.
Oh I see! In which case it's great news! Less paperwork to chase! Thanks!

I would appreciate if anyone can help me out. I'm about to go for our first extension on a 10 year route parent on private life. Re: Parent of a British Child 10 year route final extension

You have to clock the total of 10 years of legal stay uninterrupted before applying for ILR. So it sounds like you won't be able to apply until 2026. Sorry.

Your 5 year ILR clock resets, NOT your 10 year ilr clock.

All visas count towards 10 years ILR

@Cindy I know it's awfully frustrating when you just want to do the right thing and you want to get it right first time around. I wasn't thinking in terms of a big firm specifically, just a well-known and reputable for Human Rights applications in particular. My original solicitors charged 500 for i...
