Make sure you post these documents with a cover letter explaining these were already submitted and quote your Home office application reference number. I am sure it will get to the person who is doing the Admin Review.

Did you have a list of documents attached in your application where you indicated that the accounts were attached? It should be easy to get this overturned in AR. There are no other options other than JR, but for now just focus on the AR. Thanks for reply My solicitor says they did attach the list....

Also check if some words are in bold letters.
I had my refusal on FPS basis where 3 words dates started work were written in bold letters.
