It doesnt prevent you under Singh whats stopping you from applying for a FP? I entered twice in 2013 with a five year card from the host country and got a 1a stamp on both occasions

I dont think the judgement is that bad at all. Although I would have hoped for it to go further. For people in the UK, it provides an extention of Regulation 9, beyond the economic activity people. It makes clear that rights under Article 6 cannot qualify. But residence in conformity with Article 7...

Pablito although the HO alleged you had entered unlawfully you clearly hadnt since it was there refusal that turned out to be unlawful. Jestew how long has your wife to be been in Eire and what has she been doing there? once you are married you would need to be living together in Eire if she is exersizing treaty rights you could apply for a residence card but you can both return to the UK only if she is deemed to have been a worker/...

We are on the SS route application third week of December included a request for Passport marriage certificate and birth certs and after receiving the C.o.A I additionally requested on line these docs were all received yesterday so dont know if it was a week or a month but all good

You can get the number for Nino at jobcenter took us an identity proof appointment at DWP about two weeks to get it. We have now received our passports they were requested with the origional application but also made an online request last week so not sure which was the trigger but 30 days or 7 days...

I also concur with dale and the above post, whilst there are many issues that we should be debating ,looking at the meaning of words and attempting to find new ways of interpretation this is not one of them in my opinion rules are clear and can be confirmed from the visa issuing post QED

We used a a4 clear pockets folder and like you every document numbered and a index list provided and created a second set of identical copies of the application along with prepaid royal mail insured packet envelopes

If not Nino when did her name first appear on a bill council tax electric etc?
