Re: Gross Salary Paid by current employer

I am not an expert, but could you please enlighten us, where does HO says (in the Guide) to provide proof of Income ? What I think, is that they just need your latest Tax Reference Number and also, if you are self employed, then they need the latest Tax Assessment Statement. What I think, is that th...

Re: Naturalisation Application in July - Need "small" advise

Thanks for your response. I will carry on old passport also which has my initial Tier 1 stamped and an entry date of UK stamped (in 2010). Tell me one thing, If I am applying in July 2016, will they (NCS) look at my passport to find out where I was in 2011 ? I did travel to India in 2011 but in Nove...

Re: Travel outside UK while MN1 is under processing?

I think it is illegal to send the passport by courier. Someone can correct me if I am wrong but this is what my understanding is. Your family could travel to India after submitting biometric details and once you receive the certificate, you could apply for your child's passport and once you receive ...

Re: MN1 (registration) application processing timelines (onl

Amazing... Congrats to people who have got their approval.. It's quite amazing and intriguing as to how the HO works. We applied for my son on 18th July and no certificates yet and many people who I know applied in August and September and have already got their certificates. We applied through NCS....

Re: SET(o) application form - Question First date of arrival

What is your current visa status ? and since when ? If you have switched to your husband's dependent after July 2012, then you will have to wait for 5 years. If you are your husband's dependent since before July 2012, then the 2 year rule applies to you. As far as this question of your entry goes. I...

Re: Beware of Fraudsters calling as Home office

I had received a similar call 3 months back. I had already heard of such fraud calls so, I smiled when the b**d said that he was calling from the home office. He asked me confidently what my reference number of last application was. I pretended to be suspicious and asked him that he should be knowin...

Re: Expired IELTS from Pakistan valid for ILR?

Yes !! You can use the expired IELTS certificate if you have used it in any of your previous application(s).

I did the same and I have got my ILR on the 29th of this month.

Good luck

Re: Expired IELTS for ILR

See, you have not used it in any of your previous application and you will be using it for the first time .. then in this case this IELTS certificate should have been taken in the UK and should be in OFQUAL register. Since you have not taken this certificate in the UK, I do not think you can use it....
