Approval letter came yesterday applied early June bio in August approval 10th Nov.

Finally just over 5 months.

Can you talk to your wife and see if she can help you after which you will leave her be?
If the wife isn't having any of it speak to a solicitor, I am guessing your marriage fell apart after the ILR application so you still have a chance.

Please contact the home office to make sure you won't need to pay I was under the impression only those who are applying for indefinite don't need to pay.

Hi babycakes I am waiting for my court case in three weeks time. I will write a post afterwards. How are things with you? And your case OK that's good news, my flro extension was granted back in 2013 now have my indefinite leave application pending. So I came bk to see what's going on on the forum.

So the letter sent was from the home office saying our case has now been passed to the Sheffield post case decision unit.. Is this where the visas are issued and does anyone know the timeline or how much longer we will have to wait? Yes Sheffield deals with these kind of applications can take 3 mon...

This is crazy I Dont know why ho must do that. After charging so much for the fee in the first place. Then they don't even refund a part of the money.

Timco, The approval letter will clear up the confusion, a friend of mine got an extension rather than indefinite even though the full fee was paid. Another person got an extension rather than indefinite because the case worker didn't believe they showed enough evidence that the marriage was legitima...
