I'm guessing this is good news and the wait is now over! No official email notification yet but hey at this point I will take what I can g...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

Did my biometrics on the 25th January and still nothing. I tried to call to escalate again (did one on the 7th Feb) this morning but was told that because I got a generic email saying I could get a refund, that is considered me getting an update on my application and that I now can't call back until...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

Got a weird email at 16:28 today, which has the escalation reference from last week in the subject line: 'still not recived a decision customer is asking for a phone call regarding her application' I feel like this was a note that they added to the escalation and the note got sent to me. Has this ha...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

My MP wrote back to me this morning and stated that he 'made urgent representations on your behalf to UK Visas and Immigration.' So fingers crossed this does the trick and gets a decision soon. Does the 20 working days rule apply when it comes to MPs (as in the HO has up to 20 days to reply to their...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

Has anyone else who did their biometrics between 24th-26th January still waiting for a response? I did my biometrics on the 25th Jan at 11:30am, and still waiting. I called to escalate it yesterday and only got an email that just said: "We aim to complete all applications within the 24-hour service ...

Registered Traveller - No stamps in passport

Hello. This forum has been really helpful for me over the years. I have just hit 5 years on my Tier 2 and starting to fill out the online form and getting all my paperwork together, but I have a query about something. I joined the Registered Traveller Scheme back in 2015 (https://www.gov.uk/register...

Same day appointments under new Sopra Steria system?

Hello I become eligible for ILR in January, but I know the system is about to change on how we submit our applications. Under this new system, are we still able to book same day decision appointments? I would imagine we still could but everything I keep reading about the subject seems to be really c...

my signatures don't match on documents

Hello I might just be a little bit paranoid, but I just realised that the signature I used on my Life in the UK pass certificate is different than the one that appears in my passport and on the biometrics card. You can still tell its my name, but i have heard in the past that sometimes the Home Offi...

i was under the impression that when you go for a Tier 2 General Extension, you don't need to have bank statements to prove maintenance funds. im about to do my extension application so that would be good to clarify if i need them or not.

Hello As i am currently weighing my options between doing the premium same day service (£1,164) and the priority postal service (£1,039) for my Tier 2 extension application. If the prices I have here are infact correct, i was thinking of paying a little more to do the same day service. I was just cu...

have you guys emailed the help desk to ask for an urgent treatment to the allocation? You can email them when your visa gets to within 15 days of expiring and ask them to treat it as an urgent case. Be sure they provide a scan of your visa so the date of expiry can be proven. BusinessHelpdesk@homeof...

But i am however doing my extension early because of the holidays and travel with work at the beginning of the year, which somewhat similar to your situation. Although we didn't say a...
