but it might be too late now if a long time has passed since this has happened. yes i agree such scums should suffer the consequences of their actions. but unfortunately many times the victim is in no postion to enforce rules as their health would have suffered etc so they wont be able to follow up...

well u can always report this serious offence to the general medical council under good conduct rules and point out this chap had failed Uk DL exam twice and was driving on IDL after 1y in uk and point out due to this he was driving without valid license and also consequently without valid insuranc...

Spain has fast track naturalisation rule for those from its former colonies- 2 years was the rule (at least in 2006).

Just to add to what others have said, fraudulent use of a passport is a quick route to prison - six months is a typical sentence. The risk of being caught may be smallish, but the consequences...... simply not worth it. It is upto 15 years in prison in Poland for using fake Polish travel documents....
