I appleid for my settle statu on 28th of June 2019
and the decision came on on my email 18th of march 2020
and i received my BRP card 2days After

@docado i have one conviction history involve in 2010. that is before i even acquired my 5 years resident card in 2015 my finding is HomeOffice have no any excuse for there behaviors i call them me day and night before the case being escalate to the senior case worker. Thank you for reply i call them they said my document was sent buy 2nd class post on 29/03/2014 and i ask why they don't use my prepaid envelope which i provide she can only reply sorry they send it with 2nd class post everyday being checking my mail i don't see nothing come yet plz people help any ...
