Spouse BC but get ILR SET(O) route. Have to wait 12 months?

I have lived in UK for 4 years 11 months (arrived UK 07 June 2008) and have just got ILR under SET(O) on 30/04/2013. I have married to British last year but I did not change my T1 General to spouse visa. - Can I apply BC under 'Married to British citizen' straight away or do I have to wait 12 months...
