However, do note that we are not in the month of June yet.I guessed you intend typing 28th May 2013 AND not 28th June 2013
You are right, just changed that, sorry, thanks.

A quick one, does this rule apply to people who arrived from 6th of April or for people who are to apply for ILR irrespective of when they have arrived - thanks
This rule is ILR requirement, what is 6th April here? What year are you referring to? 2013 ?

It has been already two months now and I still dont know how long they would further take to decide my application. Dear gla17, Not trying to disappoint you but if the decision is not given on same day at PEO it could take its own time I.e. postal application. I think you should act on taking some ...

I managed to send contract agreements on 15/03/13 and since then I have not got any ...

Thank you, I am in tier 1 so I guess 12 payslips are not mandatory. Do you have any written reference on HO's site that conforms this. Hi Idbright, It depends on your tier, if your leave is as HSMP or Tier 1; it is not necessary to be employed or self employed all the time. You can have breaks in ...

Hi Idbright, It depends on your tier, if your leave is as HSMP or Tier 1; it is not necessary to be employed or self employed all the time. You can have breaks in employment but this does not affect your ilr application as long as you score the required points. Your period of claim has to be 12 ...
