there is a option you can feel the form online without paying because you already made the payment at the end of the form on right of the link you will see your name click there and you download as pdf, but is better to use another email to feel the form only without payment, but me iahve 1 questio...

You can Home Office will not sue you for that you can even not file online form after filling it but why would you do that ? Online is much faster and simple as it does not have unnecessary questions like in paper form and you get acknowledgement and biometrics straightaway. i think online a bit co...

Leave it empty as you already paid the required fee, but you would need to submit the proof of fee paid at your appointment. BTW when is you appointment?

You need to apply for her for ILR too as your dependent same as you would do for your wife if she had completed 5 years. Your child has previous visa therefore you should apply for her ILR visa.
