ILR - Can it be cancelled for a seperated spouse

my case is a bit complicated me and my wife got ILR and my child in pakistan got a call in letter from British High Commission after dependent VISA appeal is allowed . Now due of a minor dispute my wife is seperated from me. I think she was waiting for the ILR to be approved but can i cancel her ILR ...
