Re: Tier 1E JOB CREATION TOWARDS ILR

Is it possible to have only one job for 24 months ?
I had two employees till oct 2016 but then in december one employee left the other one will stick around.
So if this one sticks around till oct 18... does it fullfill the requirements ?

Please advise.

Re: Part of FPS reports can't show start date, please help

Well you can always ask your accountant to amend the payslips, prepare a summary table of job creation, mention the hourly rate, no of hours and total. The total (net) should match the payslips and what you paid to employees.

Re: T1 extension -FPS and Payslip Samples

Agree with zimba, there is a post called manual FPS. Ask your accountant to do FPS with moneysoft.

Accountant's letter has no value- Agree.

Is EEA PR necessary for Citizenship

I have removed the post, the purpose of writing it was because I wanted to know if its actually necessary to be on PR to apply for citizenship for EEA national who is in the UK for more than 6 years... As I just read it on the UKBA website.

Apologies .. didnt mean to hijack someone else's thread!

Thank you :)

I was thinking of the Vegas option! Do I need to get a special type of Marriage certificate from Vegas ?

But lets hope I get a green signal because I don't want to rush things...
