If that was the case I would have applied for it...

HO change rules in april last year , I applied for my wifes visa as ILR dependent in May and they gave her family visa as there were some issues with the language certificate etc.

can any moderator advise on my initial query please.

Hello guys, Thanks to Almighty Allah, Though i have missed the courier on firday but today i have received all my passorts/documents and letter from HO, confirming that my ILR is now approved.. Strange enough the envelop says signed for but the royal mail guy did not even knock on the door.. so hope...
