Hello sam, my situation is very similar to yours. can you please update what was the outcome? did your wife manage to get her visa based on your DLR? Did she get dependent or spouse visa?

I am sure if the home office are challenged in higher courts they would have to amend the law as they are clearly breaching the Article 8 of Human Rights act by denying people with established life in the UK the right to have a family life.
