I agree with Kevin, if your case is strong and have all documents in place, then either of the PEO office will be OK. I got my ILR approved on 26th June.

@shuttlespy: * Collect all the salary slips and P60 from your last employer. I hope these should work. * The other point I would say book your appoint at Solihill as case workers at this PEO go through documents before registering your case and payment. * At Croydon PEO, its entirely different where...

Yes, you should take a letter from employer now itself, stating you have been working in UK with them since you landed here or the date from which you will consider your 4 years and 11 months. The above is required mainly for (section 11 P) "If you were a work permit holder, documents confirming tha...

@Macco First of all, if your Tier 2 ICT was done from Thailand when you came in May 2009, then as per immigration rules I am pretty sure your ILR period starts from May 2009 only. In my case, when I asked my company why are you considering my start from 2006, then I was informed that as per Immigrat...

@dk2011Actual salary, I think we cannot lie here because our salary slips and bank statement are attached for a reason, to cross verify each other.

@shuttlespy
No need of cover letter (I did not have any), if you would like to inform the home office something special, then prepare it.

Please go through the list of documents I submitted in sequence

Whether salary mentioned in employer letter was exactly same as certificate of sponsorship on which you got your VISA issued ? **My salary mentioned was above 29,800 which is the minimum salary for code 2136 and this code depends upon your designation in company. Also , what did you filled in Number...

@Tier1toILR: Hi you are correct with the bottom most sentence on page. Section 5.6, 5.7 and 5.8 was not required.

And I admit, it was really a big miss by me and shame as I am above the required salary and all.

Thanks

Anyways my ILR is approved.

Unable to receive Bank statement-Urgent appointment 2morrow

I am applying with my wife. She is on dependent. I am showing my wife's income in section 5.6 of SET(o) form but unable to receive the bank statement. I do not have any bank statement for her. Questions: 1. No bank statement for her, will it create a problem? 2. Shall I remove her earmings from sect...

SECTION 11 - Documents

From various updates, I can conclude that work permits have not been submitted by number of applicants. The letter from your employer will be sufficient, if the letter says he(s) has been working with us from dt to dt. I also do not have Work permits but my employer has written the letter like I hav...
