I agree on this one...I think the HO asks you to withdraw just to prolong the process. You will still end up in court either way as they are not going to make a positive reconsideration. My brother was told the same and when he withdrew the case, they still refused him and then we had to appeal agai...

Under no circumstances should you leave the UK...rather continue the battle here. My brother in-law was told the same and he went back home and its been three years. They now told him that you have qualifications and lived in your country ...for this long therefore you can adapt. Keep the fight here...

refusal seven year rule

So me and family have been refused. ..seven year rule with right of appeal. Have until five of january....so will celebrate xmas and on 30th lodge my appeal.
