I had my hearing on the 7th of November, the judge allowed our appeal, we have waited for the prerequisite five days (now ten) and have heard nothing from home office in terms of appeal, so just waiting to see what they give u...

Hi Rina I am so sorry to hear this. I have my hearing on November 7 postponed from August (as the Court said they did not have enough judges) and I believe am of the same mind as you. I agree on this one...I think the HO asks you to withdraw just to prolong the process. You will still end up in court either way as they are not going to make a positive reconsideration. My brother was told the same and when he withdrew the case, they still refused him and then we had to appeal agai...

Under no circumstances should you leave the UK...rather continue the battle here. My brother in-law was told the same and he went back home and its been three years. They now told him that you have qualifications and lived in your country ...for this long therefore you can adapt. Keep the fight here...
