I don't think you have to pay back your director salary renumeration for 2nd and 3rd year. Business have made profit in last both years and you director have taken salary from revenue and dividend from profit.

I have purchased my own company share and invested in my business via share capital. It is mentioned in policy guidance that we can only able to invest money either by Share capital or by DL. So I have chosen to invest by share capital.
