Seems as if most people that are getting interview letters didnt have their application sent to Durham. I applied in the 20th of May and still no interview letter. Thanks for replying. I didn't know there was a way of them reconsidering. I have asked the MP to investigate as she was aware of the application as did us a letter of support. You cannot appeal a decision but rather request a reconsideration at a cost of £80. Can you not contact the Spanish Embassy and make a formal complaint? Alex If you are a EEA student or self-sufficient you need to have valid CSI. If it was valid (not expired) at the time you were self-sufficient that should suffice.
