Re: ILR 5 year route: Partner + Tier 2

Oh Man that sucks! Thanks a lot for the reply, guess they don't want us here. Crazy to think I've been living here for 5 years if I count my time as a student and paying taxes as a worker for nearly 4. The most annoying thing are the absurd fees we need to pay to get a bloody visa, especially now ...

I'm currently married to a British citizen and have my partner leave to remain on a 5 year route. Before getting married I had already been living here for 2 years with a ...

I don't see why it could be rejected. If the statement reflects that your balance has been £900 or more during the last 90 days and its dated no more that 30 days prior the application date, you will be ok. Are all the sheets stamped and signed? You have a letter as well, your evidence seems very ...

Restricted COS Maintenance Question

Hi everyone. I would like to thank everyone here in this community, I always find answers and great advice in this forums. My question is simple. Resident labour market test

Can anyone recommend a good and cheap (or even free) website to post a job offer in order to undertake the resident labour market test? Offer is already live in the jobcentre website, but it's necesary to do it in another one as well.
Thanks in advance!

Thanks, you have been really helpful. One last thing: If my contract states that I work 37.5 hours per week the salary should remain? Can it be reduced accordingly?

Thanks again.

Thanks VickyImmy for your quick response! I was really confused about the time I have to leave the country as they doesn't mention much in those letters. I have to accept that my initial application was a complete mess, basically the main reason for my rejection was a wrong SOC code, it needed to be ...

Tier 2 refused, wrong code. Need some advise.

Hello to all. Recently I applied for Tier 2 sponsored in order to extend my leave which was under tier 4 student. Unfortunately I got a rejection letter last Saturday and although they gave me the chance to appeal, I think the reasons they stated for the refusal were clear enough so I would rather ...
