Presuming you are going to apple ILR from Tier 1 General.

You should go for FLR(M).

If you can see the question asked earlier, if you wife has not passes English Language Test prior to the date of decision, your appeal is bound to fail, or if the date of NAIRC confirmed her Degree Certificate is after the ECO decision, the appeal is also bound to fail, so it's better to think of ...

She is on before july rules and she can apply for PBS dependent.

I have been staying for last 5 years and my wife has been staying with me last one year. Now I am eligible for ILR and my wife is not eligible for ILR since she is not crossed 2 years rules. So which application I need to apply for my wife after my ILR is done?
