Hi All, Both Parents (Father and Mother) Passports are required to apply for my child born in the UK. In My case I got ILR, My wife has applied for the ILR. Just an observation. I see people are adding non set lr application time line on Google. I suggest in other to have a clear picture of the application process they should start a new page for their respective categories. If not checked members may be given wrong advice since each application is diff...

Hi Sha; you cannot apply at the same with your dependants however your current visa is still valid until your case is decided. You don't have to inform HO. As mentioned in an earlier post your mrs and son (not UK born) can apply for their own ILR 28 days before their 10th anniversary. Hope this helps

My friend got her son's British passport last week. Can she use the passport to bring her son to the UK since the son is currently abroa. He left UK without a visa just mother's home country passport.

she got an appointment this week with the council to register the father on the child's birth certificate since it was left blank at the time of initial birth registration.

I do not think so. Is it did not go to court I understand you need not disclose. But disclosing is ok and since the fine is paid you should be fine.
