I have OCI application appointment for my 7month old baby and 5 year old daughter. Is it mandatory to take the kids to the appointment? I mean, can I submit their application without even taking then to the appointment venue?

I am just trying to avoid any travel with kids in these uncertain times.

I wrote my name on both and forms were only signed by my referees. I have already received an approval so can confirm this is not a problem and you need not worry.

What you need is "Trinity’s GESE Grade 5 exam = CEFR B1". This test is simple compared to others and gives you the required eligibility for your English Language skills to obtain ILR. Sorry, it's too late to reply to your question as you might have had your visa appointment by now. Anyways for users scratching their head and landed on to this post, yes I ticked this CheckBox and submitted photocopies of all my previous Visas.

For section 6.1, you should put the date when you first entered into Tier2 (Gen) category, which is 17-Jan-2013.
