Indian OCI Appointment for KIds

I have OCI application appointment for my 7month old baby and 5 year old daughter. Is it mandatory to take the kids to the appointment? I mean, can I submit their application without even taking then to the appointment venue?

I am just trying to avoid any travel with kids in these uncertain times.

If my wife come back from India in Nov 2019 then stay until Dec 2019, submit Naturalization application and then leave to India, does the absence after making the application count?

What you need is "Trinity’s GESE Grade 5 exam = CEFR B1". This test is simple compared to others and gives you the required eligibility for your English Language skills to obtain ILR. For section 6.1, you should put the date when you first entered into Tier2 (Gen) category, which is 17-Jan-2013.
