Your PBS dependant cannot get ILR unless your PBS ILR application is either granted or was granted beforehand. You must wait for your ILR decision I have received my ILR on 27th dated 25th. Question is: would it be wise to do apply now to save her extension application Fee and IHS fee as she has completed her 5 years as my dependent? Is she able to switch from LTR to ILR? Date of entry applies to certain visas. Date of initial visa start date applies to other visas. All visa categories have different immigration rules. Thanks.. Hi, If Leave to Remain is granted on 12th June and same person eligible to apply for ILR by 16th June. Can I get refund in this case for my Leave to Remain if apply ILR by 16th? Can anybody help me on this. Thanks

You need to create the jobs again in the extension period. You cannot reuse the evidence from the first three years. If your employees continue working for you after being granted extension and they work for a year each, then that is fine. You can take advantage of the transitional agreement again ...

Hi, The one I received were recorded delivery First Class postage..

I even sent them prepaid special delivery envelope but they damaged it while opening it so they used normal recorded delivery perhaps..

The child will usually follow the same route as the wife and require an extension. If child is UK born, child can apply for citizenship once either parent is granted ILR. The child does not require ILR to register as BC if UK born and does not require valid leave either. Thanks.. One more question....

No, they must complete the 5 years on their own from the date their visa was issued. You can get your ILR first and they will be able to continue/extend on PBS dependant visa until eligible for ILR.
