1. Spouse married to British Citizen? Or
2. continue with usual route - T2G dependent - ILR - BC application after 12 months route?

If I apply under T2 PBS dependent route for their ILR, it should be fine right? Why wouldn't it be? It is the only route they can apply, regardless if COVID. I meant if I apply on time and get an appointment later due to delays at HO (covid/reduced workload etc). I take the answer as yes. Thanks.
