Re: ILR- 10 year route

Hi, Your query is too lengthy. Please try to be concise as its hard to read lengthy storey. Re: child born outside the uk expired visa can apply mn1

Hi, As child visa will expire on 15/01 so you still have time to submit ILR application. Even if you use premium service thou...

Re: Child Registration Application

I think moderators clearly advised you that if you don't have evidence you don't need to provide as Home Office already have it. Its an entitlement not discretion. You can provide details as much as you can. But its solely upon you. If still you are not satisfied then better pay £2272 which at least...

British Passport Application for Wife and Son

Hi CR001 & Casa, Sorry to jump into some one else thread because I asked similar question few days ago may be due to vague and complex nature of my question being overlooked. Re: Tax amendments and Naturalisation

As per my own understanding No. I think one member got his naturalisation last month who was in similar situation as you. I don't think he mentioned on his application. if you do a bit more research on previous posts probably up to 10 pages you will find it.

Re: can i apply for ILR

Hi,

Could you please give your time line for application and refusal. Its quite strange you got tier 1 general in April 2017 while even extension has been stopped in April 2015. This seems to me an exception to the law.
