Re: Evidence of money already invested not accepted

I only showed statements from my business account as in my name. My name is SYY (for example). My business account is named as SY Ceramics which is registered under my name. However, I didn't provide statements from my personal account. I see your point of providing more detailed doc prepared by my ...

Re: Evidence of money already invested not accepted

I spent money from my business account. There is not a specific certificate emphasizing 'I invested 19k' from the accountant. The total 19k comes from 3 separate figures on the balance sheet.

Re: Evidence of money already invested not accepted

Hi tanvir1985th, Thank you for your advice! I am self employed so does this give me more chance to win? I assume money coming to my business account belongs to me and the business, so I can't understand why the investment is not in my name. The unaudited account that was prepared was done by a chart...

Re: No biometric letter 1 month after my application

Unfortunately I moved home before I posted my application. I use my friend's address as correspondence address. The acknowledgement letter is addressed to that so I guess there wouldn't be any problem. (Also I have checked with my housemate living in my registered home address. There's no post from ...

Funds already invested

Hi, I met an accountant for a free consultation but got confused. He never handled Tier 1 (Entrepreneur)'s cases to show evidence for funds already invested. I want to get some advice in case he is wrong. I have two questions here. 1/ What is counted as "funds already invested"? From the point of vi...

Re: Thank you for your advice!

Brilliant!!!! Now I just need to work hard + save up + get an accountant to do the document for proving the money already invested. Thank you for your help! Yes you are right, if you have already invested £12.5K within 12 months from the date of application in a business at level 4 or above then you...

Re: 50K or 200K for a business more than 1-year old?

Please dont confuse yourself. Let me make it clear for you. If the business that you are running is at level 4 or above then you only need to invest 50K, you can say that you have already invested it or you can say that you would be investing in the future. No problem. If the business is below leve...

50K or 200K for a business more than 1-year old?

Hi, I registered as self-employed and started an art & design business 2 years ago while holding a Post-Study visa. I want to stay for my work by getting a Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) visa this year.
