I did see that but I thought that was intimating that there are other ways to prove permanent residency (i.e., submitting docs with my naturalisation form next year)? I didn't read that as I could ignore sections. Is that the way it was meant to be read? If so, it would have been helpful for it to ...

yeah I saw that reply, but it was the only one of its kind on 9.12 I saw and I was confident that you couldn't just ignore sections of a UKBA filing, hence the question

My wife and I are both EEA citizens who moved to the UK at different times (she Mar 2008 and me Sep 2008). We are thinking filing a single EEA3 form after I hit my 5 year period would be helpful but didn't know if it made more sense to split our applications. Any thoughts here would be helpful. Also ...
