I've received a letter from the First-tier Tribunal who has refused to admit my application for permission to appeal to the Upper Tribunal on the 12th January.
How long do the home office have now to appeal?
We haven't heard anything since..
Is it okay for me to ring them and ask?

I'm not sure what you mean :l The letter just says notice of hearing then the date and directions etc.. That is actually very good as normally a court date is not sent until the ECM Deadline date. However looks like maybe they have reviewed the file and decided to uphold the decision. May I ask can ...

So my deadline was on November 19th but alhumdulillah I've received my court letter for January..

So my husband received a call letter asking him to submit passport asap. The passport was submitted on the 17th July in MIRPUR just querying how long now before my husband gets his passport back with visa stamped??
