[HSMP JR] ILR for Self-Employed

Hello I was wondering if anybody of self-employed people here got their ILR done lately? The requirements for HSMP business owners in guidance are vague and only require to show progress of business. Can someone elaborate what you showed to prove business is "alright"? I take it revenues/profits wou...

The reason they gave was if I don't register my child, it may delay his passport application. I did so and got the approval letters for all three of us within month. I see your situation is a little different to mine but I guess to stay on the safe side I will do ILR for my little one too to avoid ...

You are no doubt including your spouse on the form SET(O), so any reason why you are not going to include your newly-born child? I am including my wife but was thinking if I have to include our baby as my understanding is after getting settlement done we can apply for her (baby) citizenship straigh...

aaanjoo, the difference is not so much whether the child personally has ILR, but where they were born. If child born in the UK :- if born after one or both parents has their own ILR, then child automatically British from the moment of birth, but if born prior to both parents getting their ILR, it i...

Backlog of 2004? Still not processed???

Just read on hsmp website this: We are also working through a backlog of older cases as quickly as possible. The oldest applications now being processed were made in the week commencing 12 July 2004. hard to believe and afraid to ask: is here still anybody of summer 2004 application? remember that w...

you don't mention why you need the letters for. hsmp? if so it is better to have all the letters issued and provide a written explanation on your work experience adventures (moving back and forward). also I don't see any problem of getting any letter issued to the date as it is clear you requested t...

I should say that the whole letter is too terminology-heavy.. non techie guy (like hsmp caseworker) is not going to appreciate your valueable experience of security and network support specialist. I would add a bit of explanation taste to make it sound more like a letter than like a tech spec, if yo...

no problem with this here. you are asked to prove you are eligible to work in this country in almost every place where you are being interviewed (based on the experience of my wife). there is nothing wrong if you send fax or scan copy. it is just a copy and can not be considered as something else.

your chances of success as a sales executive depend on how professional and close to your education employer's letter(s) of recommendation will look. your salary will be exactly what appears your gross wage (before taxes). it absolutely doesn't matter if you had $1 base salary + $10,000 sales bonus ...
