Re: Period before Tier 2 documents

This is a classic case of UKVI's forms being as confusing as possible. This statement applies to those applicants only who were on a different visa type before switching to Tier 2. If your entire 5 years have been on Tier 2, and you were not on any other visa type before that, you do not need to ...

ILR under TUPE transfer

Hi, I am currently applying for ILR via the 5 year Tier 2 system. 2 Bank's statements

Hi,

I have a query whether bank statements from 2 different banks can be submitted for ILR? I have one for my salary & one a SBI UK account.

I want to submit both, because the total amount I have access to will be higher then.

Any advice is appreciated.

Thanks,
T

Dependant switch ILR

Hi,

I am switching from Tier 2 to ILR via the 5 year work visa rule. My wife is currently on a dependant visa until June 2019 (linked to my current Tier 2 visa until June 2019).

Does she need to apply for any change in her visa status when I apply for my ILR?

Thanks,
Tarun.

3 Months salary increase

Hi, I am planning to apply for ILR in the 1st week of July 2018. My current salary is £2500 less than the £35,500 requirement for ILR. If my salary is increased for May & June (any maybe a post dated one for April as well) to £36,000, is that acceptable for ILR? Or would a increase of £2500/£3000 for ...

Re: Minimum Bank balance

Hi CR001,

Thanks for the prompt reply. As far as I understand, there is still a requirement to submit 3 months of bank statements (I might be wrong). What does that entail? Is it to prove availability of funds etc?

Thanks,
Tarun.
