Its over 3years anyway, you won't lose anything if you declare it. If no caution is served then you do not have to declare.

Re: Passport or Registration for my son?

Thank you for super fast reply.
Yes,I received confirmation of PR in November 2013 as I qualified in Jan 2013.
How should I proceed with the application, what documents do I need?
My non-eea family member got his passport last week.

Thanks again!!

Passport or Registration for my son?

I had my son in September 2013 and got PR in November 2013,however my 5yrs RC expired in Jan 2013 mean I have exercised treaty rights for 5years before given birth.
Question is,can I apply straight for British passport for him and what do I need to submit?

Thanks a lot.

Re: Supporting docs arrived but no decision

Your lawyer may be drunk when he opened the envelop. There should be a letter saying they do not need to see the documents again and that your application has been successful or refused. Like i said, letter of approval comes separately

Re: Additional evidence - HELP!

Are you saying you sent them your passports already?
how many passports have you got?
How long have you been here?
how did you apply for naturalisation?
Did you send them in one Envelop?

Seem like they gave up already sending you back your life in Uk cert.

Invitation for Ceremony

Anyone know the reason why some applicants get both approval and invitation letter at the same time and others only get approval letter and HO asking them to email them if its not received in 2weeks? Its not like they sent it did they?

Thanks

Re: Stupidity of the highest order!! Please help

She probably should have waited for HO to contact her and then she can send the passport in. Did she send the old passport with her application reference number though? If she did, then there shudnt be any problem as HO will be able to link the old passport wit her application ref no. but if she on...

Re: Citizenship Help Questions Pls

I believe your overstay is a matter of weeks not months. You applied for COA 3 months before your visa expired if i am correct? You should have married before your visa expired or the COA.The moment you got married your stay is legal under EU law as long as your spouse is exercising treaty rights.Th...

Re: Citizenship Help Questions Pls

I believe you have the same right as your late EEA spouse and having a residence card is not a requirement but helpful!
You are fine the date you applied for COA,when was this? When did the authority received your application asking for permission to marry your EEA spouse?
Sorry about your late wife.

Re: Fixed penalty charge with statuary declaration

It's an offence to keep an uninsured vehicle on the road. As it went to court you need to declare it and only apply when to conviction is spent, I don't think he went to court. He said Statuary declaration (it could have been done with a private lawyer) but he done this in court,he wasn't taken to c...

I believe WRS is very important for A8 nationals. The year you registered for WRS is when your treaty right starts. You also have to register for every job you do. I hope I am right.
