Investment - May If invested in business which had assets like plant and machinery OR furniture and fixtures, which is worth of more than £200k? Because that is more likely to consider as genuine business. Paying off for the share does not considered to be genuine investment.

I've not searched the latest official guidance around this, but sharing from past personal experience. When I applied from my country of origin my funds were maintained in my parents UK bank account and I had no issues. My personal view is that so long as the evidence is genuine and the reason for ...

ACCA QUALIFIED

DISAGREE WITH MAJOR ARGUMENTS.... You can run your your own accountancy practice but you can not provide certain service, such as final accounts, tax advice and audit. KEEP IT SIMPLE - You can show your business plan to provide bookkeeping services ... such as VAT, Payroll, Management accounting etc...
