Thanks for the short answer reply. Is there any document anywhere in Home Office website that confirms this?

Many Thanks!

Re: Tier 2 employer while having shared ownership of my comp

Thanks manci!

So the official ownership signing contract would have no effect on my Tier 2 visa.

Do I need to notify Home Office about it?

Tier 2 employer while having shared ownership of my company?

Hi I am aware that this topic has been answered in this forum some time ago (e.g. http://www.immigrationboards.com/uk-tier-2-employer-sponsored-visas/tier-2-general-and-owning-a-limited-company-t151793.html). But I just want to clarify and see if it still applies the same in 2016. The question is ...

Change of Sponsor - New sponsor start date

Hi

Can I start working for my new sponsor couple of days before my current sponsor cancels the previous sponsorship?

I have already got my new visa with the new sponsor just waiting for my notice period to finish.

Thanks

Re: Employer's RLMT rejected for not advertising in Europe

It is Software Engineer role. I don't have the exact HO quote to be honest. All I heard back from the agency was that the employer got a message from HO saying they have to advertise it for the whole Europe so EU-citizens also have a chance. It's a big co-operation I'm a bit surprised and suspicious.

Employer's RLMT rejected for not advertising in Europe

Hi I am changing sponsor and my new sponsor did the RLMT for 28 days on a website. The home office came back and said you haven't advertised it for other European workers in Europe so you need to extend your advertisement for whole Europe. Now I cannot find anywhere saying that you require to do so ...

Dude I'm like that for last 6 months! Two suggestion if your HR does not look like someone who is helpful use solicitors like www.uk-wp.com who do this. But they get some fees, but very helpful. Other suggestion since you still have a little time, DO NOT rely on your HR for sorting this out and even ...

We have requested for expediting on 16th of August since my visa is expiring on 6th of September and haven't heard back from them yet. We have applied for the licence 5 weeks ago.

Anyone requested for expediting recently and got their licence faster?
