Usually if they take your file for processing then immediately they will deduct the fees. In your case , they haven't started to process your application.

Hi Milan,

Thanks for your reply. The problem is that I entered UK from Ireland. Due the common travel area, there is no stamp during my first entry. So UKVI may need an additional docs to prove my residency.
Can I submit my passport with my first tenancy agreement?

Hello Sohopeful, Thanks for sharing my problem. My brother only applied the settlement visa for my mum.As for as I know you have to strongly prove that no one is your home country to look after her. She cannot manage herself for her basic needs like cooking, bathing etc Also you need a doctor's cert...

Do we have to maintain and show the balance as we did in Tier 1 (G), when applying ILR?
