Re: Effective date of application is ncs appointment date?

Then why the NCS authority has been made enriched that when they receive the application then it would be the date of application as before ukba used to not care when ncs received & send. There must definitely be inner objective but few of the council's are already awarded as highlighted by other me...

Re: Using NCS on Saturday but eligible on Monday

I just heard that in evening but I think in many ways it would be favorable for applicants. But I also forecast that I may mean that now NCS has more influence and the ukba process more quickly after the form & documents being checked by NCS

Re: Effective date of application is ncs appointment date?

Call again same line and ask that is he a really ncs advisor because date of application is when ukba receive application and they don't care either ncs sent or you yourself. NCS does accept appointment before completing 12 months and continue to hold then send once 12 months finished. Not any long...

This new change must coincident/interlink as well to the dismissal of asylum claims from EU nationals. UKBA new policy will dismiss the asylum claims from EU nationals.

Re: Using NCS on Saturday but eligible on Monday

Unlikely it will be sent by NCS until Monday, 23rd anyway. I am agreed with croo1 answer. And there is no harm in doing so because ukba consider date of application they receive instead NCS date of appointment. They will happily accept that. Since the rules change so quick so even 1 day should not ...

Hello duck lover, Employment letter is only required when there are doubts over the fulfillment of residence criteria but if you have all passport attached then no need of employers letter at all. If NCS staff still insist then report that officer to its manager, ask refund and use other competent c...

Re: Is overcrowding treat as crime

Thanks for reply. I actually want to teach legally a good lesson to the team leader of overcrowding producer. So how can the councillor/mp approachable anonymously/confidentially and will that be more effective than simply complaining the local council? Sorry if I asked repeatedly.

Re: Is overcrowding treat as crime

The said overcrowded house is 3 bedroom house having 10 tenants including one child living and the team leader arrogantly claims that he is not afraid from anyone. Council officials came already but did nothing ? So what's the best effective solution for this matter??
