Sorry to make it simple for visa application it is necessary to pay NHS health care surcharge and when you make a payement (https://www.gov.uk/healthcare-immigration-application/pay) choose right category such as (flr m, flr fp or tier 4). Income dos not satisfy tier 1 general rule which is 36000 plus that is a reason if we apply for ILR home office decision would not be in favour.

what about FLR FP category ?

Or any other family route ?

Hi,
What is the maximum time spend outside UK in a year time not count as absences which will not break continuity in the continuous period. 180 days in total of 5 year but what is the maximum time spend allowed each year .

Is it 90 days ?

As I see, you are not entitled to 10 years ILR. When you applied for extension (twice) 35 days after your leave expired, then its not 35 days gap.
