i got refused from court they give me chance to re appeal but
now i want to make fresh application so what i have to do....
i have to inform them or any thing or direct make student visa and how many days i have left to make applecation....

now i got new hearing date on 21 february 2014 (notice of resumed hearing) so what gone happen.....
even now i dont have any solicitor to represent my case so any one can tell me now i have to again appoint new representative....
