Just ignore the letter. It is not worth the paper it is printed on. Go to NCS. Provide: * your partner's passport/ID card. * Your partner's PR card. * Evidence your partner hasn't lost his PR status (i.e. he wasn't away from the UK for more than 2 years since 2007).
