I have phoned them and they told me it will take 4-6 weeks after dispatch of passport booklet. So it will be sometimes in early May.

Mine also end of March. I don't think it usually comes before the time line.

I have received letter last week to pay 950 euros. If coronavirus issue is resolved then next ceremony will be in July.

I doubt it.
