Thanks, I will be physically in my home country but I will connecting everyday to my PC in the office via VPN and working on that and my salary will be / can be credited to my UK bank account as normal. So I believe that employer does not have to do any special arrangements for me.

There is a question in health in pregnancy grant form which says 'Are you subject to immigration control'?

If you answered yes and they still gave you then it is fine.

If you answered no, then it is your mistake. You should call them and pay it back if possible. Hope it helps.

Thanks for reply, i called pp office yesterday and lady said to put my form and baby's form in same envelope and they will cross reference it as all the documents will be going to same office.

I wonder if Check n Send system will allow this?

I applied on 5th July by NCS Newham. It got there on 6th July as per royal mail. But my payment has not been taken yet. Any idea? is this normal?

That's good news faz, not a long wait for ceremony at all :)

I dont know I applied through NCS on 5th July and it got there on 6th July as per royalmail but my payment has not been taken yet and also not rec. any acknowledgement.

I too took copy of driving license but she said she has seen herself that I am the same person as in passport and photo on application form so no need of driving license either.

I am curious to know if you got a decision on your application? how long it took?
