Even if you don't write a covering letter, they will have all the record before them so its upto to you whether to write any letter or not. i have been banned for 1 year and now the ban period is finished now....am abt to apply for student dependent visa...So do i need to write a covering letter? If yes can someone plzz advise me what to write in that letter????
