which form you have filled?if it is online application form then there is an option to correct your answer.Try edit and rectify your answer.You can do it anytime before paying for application fees.

when you open https://www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk/home/welcome, a box appear where new service option
is available for marriage visa if we click it then option which i mentioned above comes but no tier 1 category.

Actually its asking about my visa and there is no option for any tier 1 category.its in start part of the application.Question is that which visa your partner applied for or granted and no option for entrepreneur

i am trying to fill out dependent visa application online for my wife who is residing in Pakistan
currently.When it comes to current visa status,there is no option available of any tier 1 visa.
Can anyone specially gurus guide me what to select there?

You can apply within 28 days of your visa expiry giving them reason for delay.As your visa expired on 12th july,you still got almost three weeks to make a new application.Just explain them the reason and i am sure you will be alright.
